These terms cover use of the public site and the browser-local tools. Signed project work is separate.
Changes
The site and tools may change. The updated date on this page changes when the text changes.
Payment boundary
Using the public site or tools does not create a fee. Project fees belong in the signed project agreement.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Confidentiality, intellectual property, delivery, liability, and governing law for client work belong in the signed project agreement where applicable.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or tools, attempt to disrupt them, or submit unlawful content.
Third parties and availability
Third-party providers and hosting may affect availability. The public site and tools are provided as available.
Termination
UsefulFlows may withdraw access to the public site or tools. Project termination follows the signed agreement.
