Link risks
URL and domain signals
Completed signals can highlight a concern. They cannot prove that a link is safe.
Business credibility
Public registration evidence
Public lookup evidence describes a domain or record. It does not verify a merchant, owner or service.

Manual reputation sources
These links open a separate service. They are not completed checks and may require you to search for the business or choose its jurisdiction.

Help
Checks start only after you select Check. This page examines the entered URL locally, then asks public DNS and RDAP services about the domain and downloads the HaGeZi TIF Mini threat list for a local domain search. It does not load the target page, follow redirects, inspect certificates or content, or prove a merchant's identity.
Local URL analysis is still counted when it finds no warnings. Public lookup providers see the domain and your IP address. The downloaded threat list is searched locally: GitHub receives your IP address but not the domain you entered. Its license applies. The list is limited evidence, has no independent-vote score, and is marked unavailable when it is older than 24 hours or its freshness is unknown.
Local brand warnings are bounded to six selected brands and ASCII domain-label comparisons; they are context, not a claim of impersonation. A registration under 30 days old is also context only, not proof of harm.
Trustpilot and the other reputation links are manual searches. They are not checked by UsefulFlows and do not verify a business.
Updates
September 5, 2026: added a browser-downloaded HaGeZi threat-list check, domain age with recent-registration context, and limited brand-lookalike and misleading-subdomain warnings. Results and exported reports now separate provider flags, local warnings and coverage. Trustpilot remains a manual research link.
Business identity remains unverified. No account or setup is required; the threat feed currently downloads about 3.3 MB per check.
Interface polish adds clearer evidence icons and restrained motion; reduced-motion preferences keep the page still.
